Its purpose is to interact with customers directly and quickly, while also learning about the needs of all customers, speeding up sales, and reducing intermediation costs. It helps orders from a web page for wholesalers be loaded directly into the Inventiva System.
#3- Accounting preview and reconciliation
It allows automatic reconciliation of entries against the movements of the management system. At the same time, it controls the integrity of the data generated in accounting and displays entries before confirming their generation.
#4- Campaign and raffle efficiency reports
It measures the impact of raffle promotion efforts, compares purchases and sales of items during the promotion period, and helps immediately obtain participant data from promotions for future contact.
#5- Registrable Inventiva Chat App, alert
It allows participation in a fluid conversation, recording a work forum among colleagues to document lessons learned. It considerably reduces communication costs among employees.
#6- Online pre-inventory for labels
It allows price changes to be printed from a smartphone, while also receiving minimum stock alerts on the phone and performing pre-inventories from the app for control.

It comprehensively plans the activity calendar for human capital management. In it, area events such as absences, late arrivals, days off, etc. can be verified; it also manages absence justifications, time clock generation, and more from the dashboard.

It allows new Excel queries to be defined quickly, becoming part of the system options menu, taking advantage of queries made in previous months to generate data from the system and transform it into analyzed information.

It prevents saturation of your Oracle Express Edition database by storing Event Audit data in a different medium. It allows access to information by filtering user data, time period, or searching within the stored information.
#15- Interfaces in online payment queries
It dynamically activates and deactivates the connection with electronic payment intermediation systems: AquíPago, PagoExpress, PagoMóvil, among others. It has a configurable interface to connect the system with any other system.
In addition, it analyzes your customers’ information from Inforconf and Criterion through the web connection services management module, where you can check movement results in payment gateways from your smartphone.

This app has a secure access system by user roles.
